HR9 HFA Lovejoy 1-28 Revised

            Delegate Lovejoy moves to amend HFA Steele, Hanshaw, Summers 1-28 #1 Amendment to HR9 on page 2, line 44, following the words “remarks by members of the House” by striking out the words “(held on each Wednesday).” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words:

                        “During remarks by members of the House, each member shall be limited to five minutes for his or her remarks.  Remarks by members shall not exceed 30 minutes.”
